This bread was very good with peanut butter and egg salad. A nice change from shakes and bars.

Okay in a Punch

One thing I have really missed since my surgery is carbs, especially breads. I was excited to try this bread but was disappointed with the flavor. I liked the cru ch of seeds and the portion size but the taste was less than exciting. It has a weird tangy sour taste that is quite unpleasant. The only way I’ve found to make it palatable is to smother it with jam. That’s not a good option obviously so I won’t be ordering this again

Not my favorite !

The package was dated July 2021 this is June it seemed dry and not as fresh as I would like.
It is very thin 3 pieces to a package but does toast nicely ! It is not horrible just okay . I toasted
It with butter and a little sugar free jelly and managed to eat it . I also made French Toast with it
and that worked out fine. I prob will not buy again I do not like all the seeds in it and it taste
bitter . I don't like rye bread on a good day .
