Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake
So delicious, I mean chocolate cake! With so much protein and so little carbs and fat! The hint of caramel, and the melted chocolate chips made this an absolutely great dessert. I would suggest using a coffee cup instead of a mug for easier eating, but beyond that, it's divine. If you want just an extra hint of delicious, add just a bit of sugar-free caramel or chocolate drizzle, or maybe sugar free whipped cream. I highly suggest if you are a chocolate person and miss it since surgery.
It's probably not my favorite but when I want something other than chocolate this is my go to. It's very easy to mix up. Great for if you want a piece of cake.
