Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
One of my favorite restaurants is Olive Garden. I could seriously eat Fettuccine Alfredo every single day. However, this is not always the healthiest choice given the amount of calories and fat in their dish and the portion is always way too big. I was so happy to find this healthier alternative that I can enjoy after bariatric surgery. I am always looking for quick meals to make at home because I am not the best cook.
For this recipe, you will need:
- AmBari Nutrition’s Pasta Alfredo
- Frozen Grilled Chicken Strips
- Parmesan Cheese
Yes, you heard me correctly. Just 3 ingredients! You will start with adding water to the pasta alfredo packet and heat it up in the microwave. One it is nice and hot, take a few pieces of chicken and heat them up individually as well. I love using these little frozen chicken strips because they are so easy and are a great source of protein. You can use a variety of different sauces to change up the flavor and add them to different pastas like this one. After they are ready to go, you simply just need to stir the chicken into your pasta and get it nice and creamy. Top it with a little sprinkle of parmesan cheese and voila! You have some tasty Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo! There is no need to overeat at Olive Garden when you have this delicious meal you can quickly throw together at home. Enjoy!
