Directions: 

1. Add contents of one packet to 8-12 oz. of cold water (preference) in a tall glass (or shaker bottle)

2. Stir vigorously (or shake bottle) until mixed well and drink.

Alternatively, pour powder into a chilled partially filled water bottle and shake until well mixed.
