Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
This has become one of my go-to breakfasts, as it is fast and tasty. I use milk instead of water, and usually throw a packet of Truvia on top with a dash of cinnamon. Macros on this stuff are hard to beat, with only 100 calories and 15g Protein...
nutritious, filling, flavor is good but the texture could be improved
Bummer, I've had something like this before but couldn't remember name. I was hoping this would be same..I'll eat it, add few berries, little of my 0 calorie 0 sugar WALNUT Syrup..but it is runny due to lack texture, & flat tasting..sorry
