I usually wouldn't make Mac and cheese, but this is super easy and a good texture. Don't over cook it, however. I usually add a bit of American cheese since I use it as a side dish at dinner. Husband likes and doesn't know he is eating healthy food.
Taste wise I'd give it a B- or C+ so not too bad. But the sodium is insane! Guys, it doesn't need to be that salty. It's a sodium bomb.
