I have been on a carb blocking supplement for two years. I eat when I am hungry and stop immediately when I am full. That is all I have done to lose weight. The carb blocker is taken when I am going to eat something with high carb content. I believe it works and plan to use it all the time. Of course I use low fat, low salt, low to none sugar. It has been simple to lose weight with very few changes and I believe the carb blocker helps. I have lost 80 lbs. doing everything I have told you in around a year with no starving diet. I call it behavior modification.
