This is my favorite flavor. Some "diet" oatmeals have a weird aftertaste but this does not. I'm not a bariatric patient but just eat low carb and when I work out in the morning and am really hungry a shake just doesn't seem like breakfast to me. This way I can have actual food that is filling and delicious.
