I'm pre Bariactric Surgery and started my diet. I chose the amberi bars as a go to bed treat. Lots to learn! As I said, it's my reward for following the diet plan.

I'm almost done with the box (lemon meringue is all that is left) and I have not really cared for many of the flavors. Just meh.

I don’t like it that your flavors don’t match the actual flavor listed on the wrapper. I count macros and have to go look up the nutritional facts for every bar bcuz of that. Also, the peanut butter patty taste like a tree with chocolate, not good at all.

Choc mint was good, peanut caramel been melted and tasted old. I used Medi Fast a few years ago and thought that was what I was ordering. This product was definitely NOT Medi Fast.
