One of my favorite restaurants is Olive Garden. I could seriously eat Fettuccine Alfredo every single day. However, this is not always the healthiest choice given the amount of calories and fat in their dish and the portion is always way too big. I was so happy to find this healthier alternative that I can enjoy after bariatric surgery.
The great thing about this recipe is there is no chopping. All you have to do is throw it all into a blender and mix it up! I absolutely love adding the blue raspberry jump start to my smoothies. It gives such a nice flavor and is packed with B-vitamins to give you a great boost of energy.
