Trust me, because I have been through it. Instead, make the best of a bad situation. Free Breath Work Video and eBook
Breathology offers a free video and ebook on correct breathing. CORRECT breathing is essential to life. It feeds the body's life-force and is part of our body's detoxification system. CORRECT breathing calms the autonomic nervous system and brings peace and tranquility to mind and body if practiced regularly.
Believe it or not, breathing is something most of us do incorrectly. I learned pranayama (breath work) at the Himalayan Institute. And my exercise physiologist at Nova Southeastern University taught me a breathing routine that, unbeknownst to him, is pranayama technique. I highly recommend breath work to help you remain calm during the stress-filled days ahead.
Now more than ever, I wish you abundant health, happiness, and love.
