I am four years out from my by-pass surgery and I’m upset that I’ve gained 20 pounds back. I lost 100 pounds to begin with. I don’t know how to go about restarting again. I still eat on a small plate but I don’t eat like I did in the beginning. I drink diet pop every once in awhile. I also eat too many carbs. How did you get motivated?
