Protect Your Bars From Melting During Shipping
We do our best to package your products so that they do not melt, but once your order leaves our offices we have no control over how FedEx handles your package. With the rising summer temperatures, we know that chocolate and caramel bars melting becomes an issue and we are doing everything we can to help you receive your products unmelted. If your bars do arrive melted or soft, simply put them in the fridge for about an hour and they will reharden without losing any nutritional value.
It's a good idea to place your order early in the week (Mon. or Tues.) so your package doesn't sit in a FedEx warehouse all weekend.
We are also now offering the option to have your package shipped to you in an Insulated Styrofoam Container with a Polar Icepack in the box. This insulated container is placed inside a cardboard box for extra insulation and shipping strength.
