It includes a comprehensive blend of over 56 nutrients including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, digestive enzymes, and immune supporting nutrients. Bari-Complete has a light lemon flavor and can be mixed in any cold beverage or soft foods like yogurt, applesauce, and pudding. This formula is copper and iron free.

Suggested Use: This product is recommended to take directly after a meal. Mix amount indicated below, into 6-8 oz. of cold water or juice. For best results use a blender or shake well.
